We launch a full on-site survey for existing buildings, sort out original drawing archives, test concrete strength, steel corrosion degree and foundation settlement data, and comprehensively evaluate seismic performance and structural durability. Our engineers identify hidden defects including structural cracks, water seepage, rusted steel bars and aging load-bearing components. Once reinforcement is required, we design customized solutions such as carbon fiber reinforcement, bonded steel plate and section enlargement. Our schemes try our best to protect intact original components, reduce construction damage, noise and dust disturbance, especially suitable for projects where part of the building remains occupied during renovation.
