We sort out differentiated functional demands according to building types, including office buildings, shopping malls, industrial workshops, hotels and residential complexes. We design complete subsystems covering heating, ventilation, air conditioning, high & low voltage power distribution, emergency backup power, lighting, domestic water supply, hot water, sewage drainage, rainwater collection and fire protection. We carry out professional pipeline clash detection through BIM coordination, reasonably arrange pipelines inside ceilings, pipe shafts and utility tunnels, reserve enough maintenance and operation space, and ensure all layout schemes meet fire separation, noise control and local technical specifications.
Before installation starts, we deliver detailed technical disclosure for MEP contractors and provide standardized equipment parameter sheets to support tendering, supplier selection and equipment procurement. During the construction phase, our engineers conduct regular site visits, inspect pipeline elevation, support hanger arrangement, cable laying, equipment fixing and fire blocking quality. After all installation works are finished, we guide separate system debugging first, then organize joint linkage commissioning. We test cooling and heating performance, emergency power switching, drainage efficiency and fire alarm linkage response, record test data, rectify defects, and finally hand over complete operation manuals and maintenance guides for property daily management.
